Overview

Transworld Business Advisors (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an Exit Ready scorecard for agency owners. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you use this service:

• Account details — your email address and, when you sign up, your full name. Google or LinkedIn may also send us your name and email if you sign in with those providers.
• Authentication data — session cookies and related tokens used to keep you signed in after you enter a one-time PIN or complete OAuth.
• Scorecard answers — quiz and assessment responses, including EBITDA and exit-value goals you enter. Before you sign in, these may live in a browser cookie or local draft. After you sign in, we store them with your account so you can open them on another device.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the product today.

How we use information

We use the information above to:

• Create and manage your account
• Send sign-in PINs and related emails
• Provide, maintain, and improve this service
• Respond to support requests and communicate about the product
• Protect the security and integrity of our systems

Service providers

We use trusted processors to operate this service. In particular, we use Supabase for authentication and scorecard storage. If you enter a work email, we may fetch that company's public homepage or logo (including a logo lookup via Hunter) so we can show your agency name and icon on the scorecard. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to us, under contractual obligations to protect it.

Cookies and sessions

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to authenticate you, keep you signed in, and hold quiz or assessment answers until they are saved to your account. We also keep in-progress drafts in your browser's local storage so you can pick up where you left off. These are required for the product to work and are not used for advertising.

Data retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward if needed for security, legal, or operational reasons. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at the address below.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and related data
• Ask how we process your information

Children's privacy

This service is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of this service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
