Nockworth (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an Exit Ready scorecard for agency owners at nockworth.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect information you provide when you use Nockworth:

• Account details — your email address and, when you sign up, your full name.
• Authentication data — session cookies and related tokens used to keep you signed in after you confirm a magic link.
• Content you submit in the product — information you enter into scorecards, goals, or other features as we make them available.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the product today.

How we use information

We use the information above to:

• Create and manage your account
• Send sign-in and confirmation emails
• Provide, maintain, and improve the Nockworth service
• Respond to support requests and communicate about the product
• Protect the security and integrity of our systems

Service providers

We use trusted processors to operate Nockworth. In particular, we use Supabase for authentication and related account storage. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to us, under contractual obligations to protect it.

Cookies and sessions

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to authenticate you and maintain your session. These are required for the product to work and are not used for advertising.

Data retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward if needed for security, legal, or operational reasons. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at the address below.
